眼下,煤矿企业面临着严峻的发展形势,煤矿企业求生存,求发展,降本增效是一条必经之路。我在煤矿企业干了30年,深知,作为一线员工,一定要时时刻刻拥有降本增效的意识,在每一处,每一细节,都主动地去想办法降低成本,把班组作为降本增效的前线,而这需要一线员工不断地去创新。简单地说,创新是降本增效的关键。多年来,我扎根班组一线,在降本增效上取得了许多成效。
Right now, coal mining enterprises are facing a serious development situation, coal mining companies seeking survival and development, reducing costs and increasing efficiency is a necessary path.
