1956年是上海发展至关重要的一年。过去的研究认为,这一年上海迎来了新中国成立后的第一次历史机遇,上海的经济建设由此获得10年大发展。本文通过对党的八大前后相关战略、方针的研究,对照同一时期上海发展战略的转变,以揭示两者之间相互关系和作用,更加深入认识上海的发展历程。
1956 is a crucial year for Shanghai’s development. Past studies show that this year Shanghai ushered in the first historic opportunity after the founding of new China and thus gained economic development in Shanghai for 10 years. By studying the related strategy and policy of the Party before and after the 8th Party Central Committee, this article contrasts with the change of Shanghai’s development strategy in the same period in order to reveal the interrelationship and role between Shanghai and Shanghai and to get a deeper understanding of Shanghai’s development.
