目的:研究核桃花絮的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱分离纯化化合物,并应用质谱、核磁共振等现代波谱技术鉴定结构。结果:从核桃花絮中分离得到了7个化合物,经鉴定分别为:4,5,8-三羟基-α-萘满酮5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、4,5-二羟基-α-萘满酮4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、3,4-二氢-5-羟基-4-甲基萘满酮(3)、5-羟基-1,4-萘醌(4)、芦丁(5)、香草醛(6)、二十四烷酸α-单甘油酯(7)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of walnut tidbits. Methods: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and polyamide column chromatography. The structures were identified by modern spectroscopic techniques such as mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the walnut flowers and they were identified as 4,5,8-trihydroxy-α-tetralone 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), 3,4-dihydro-5-hydroxy-4-methyltetralone (3), 5- 1,4-naphthoquinone (4), rutin (5), vanillin (6) and α-monoglyceride tetradecanoate (7). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
