在汽车所有成本中,我国企业的物流成本所占比例较高,是欧美国家同类企业的约2倍,是日本同类企业的约3倍,故此降低物流成本是提高我国汽车产业发展进程的重要影响因素。本文分析了我国汽车企业零部件供应物流的现状,并结合国外汽车工业发达国家的发展过程提出了我国汽车企业零部件供应物流的发展趋势,并重点分析了汽车行业供应链是最典型的供应链组织结构模式的特点。
Among all the costs of automobiles, the proportion of logistics costs of Chinese enterprises is relatively high, which is about two times that of similar enterprises in Europe and the United States and about three times that of similar enterprises in Japan. Therefore, reducing logistics costs is an important factor in enhancing the development of China’s automobile industry factor. This paper analyzes the status quo of supply logistics of automotive parts supply in China and puts forward the development trend of supply logistics of automotive parts supply in China with the development of developed countries in foreign automobile industry. It also analyzes the supply chain of automotive industry is the most typical supply chain Organizational structure of the characteristics.
