为研究食管鳞状细胞癌瘤体内DNA倍体异质性及其意义,采用多点取材法,应用流式细胞术对80例食管鳞状细胞癌DNA倍体进行了研究。结果:(1)DNA指数范围为0.77~1.74,DNA异倍体的检出率为88.8%(71/80例);(2)80例中,(4.5%38例)瘤体内表现为倍体异质现象;(3)DNA倍体异质性与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及患者预后有关,而与组织学分级及瘤体大小无关。结果揭示,用DNA倍体异质性估价肿瘤的生物学特性和预后可能比单点取材异倍体更为准确。
In order to study the DNA ploidy heterogeneity and its significance in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, a multipoint sampling method was used. Flow cytometry was used to study DNA ploidy in 80 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Results: (1) The DNA index ranged from 0.77 to 1.74, the detection rate of DNA aneuploidy was 88.8% (71/80 cases); (2) 80 cases, (4.5% 38) Cases) The tumor showed in vivo ploidy heterogeneity; (3) DNA ploidy heterogeneity was related to tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis, and patient prognosis, but not to histological grade and tumor size. The results revealed that the assessment of the biological characteristics and prognosis of tumors using DNA ploidy heterogeneity may be more accurate than that of single point anatomy.
