一、金刚石钻头1.尺寸及公差金刚石钻头一般在制造时规定用负公差,而牙轮钻头用正公差。这是为在使用时避免下金刚石钻头时划眼。也有的地区使用金刚石钻头时的名义尺寸比牙轮钻头的名义尺寸要小1/32至1/16″(0.8至1.6毫米)。金刚石钻头的公差如下:<6~3/_4~″ +0—0.015″(0.38mm)6~25/_32—9′ +0—0.020″(0.51mm)9~1/_32—13~3/_4″ +0—0.030″(0.76mm)13~(25)/_32及更大 +0—0.045″(1.14mm)2.水力学钻井液用以冷却和清洗钻头,一般和用牙轮钻头没有什么变化。常用最佳范围为4.5—7加仑/分/时~2(即4.35—6.8升/秒/100厘米~2)。钻头上每颗金刚石均应连续与井底接触进行工作,所以应连续受到冷却和清洗。热是金刚石钻头的大敌。
