随着第３１届国际军事医学大会在我国的胜利召开，进一步加强了各国军队卫勤界的交往，加深了相互的了解。为使读者有更多机会接触并了解外军的卫勤及军事医学，我们从本期起将陆续刊登由外军卫勤官员和专家撰写的介绍其卫勤发展及变化的文章。首先安排的是德军卫生总监冈特德什中将的文章。德什博士在文中总体介绍了德军卫勤保障的沿革及现状。我们争取以此为契机，进一步丰富《解放军医学杂志》的版面，扩大信息量，更好地为我军的医疗事业及广大读者服务。
With the victory of the 31st International Military Medical Congress held in our country, the military exchanges between the military and civilian services in all countries have been further strengthened and mutual understanding deepened. In order to provide more opportunities for readers to gain access to and understand the medical and military medical services of the foreign army, we will publish in this issue articles on the development and changes of medical service conducted by officials and experts from foreign military service. The first is to arrange for an article by Lieutenant General Gunterdesh, the German health director. Dr. Desh gave an overall introduction of the history and current situation of the German medical support.
