对大多数的石油井架来说,一般都只采用等效静力计算方法来验证或指导井架使用。通过预应力模态分析、谐响应分析,对HJJ31547海洋钻机井架进行了风动力学计算,计算结果表明,HJJ31547海洋钻机井架没有全包覆式防风墙,也不存在大跨屋盖结构,其低阶固有频率超过2.00 Hz,井架不属于风敏感结构;海洋钻机旋转设备的振动不会引起井架共振;当暴风作用频率接近4.30 Hz时,可能对井架产生共振破坏。该项研究可有效指导井架的设计和现场应用。
For most oil derricks, equivalent static calculations are generally used to verify or direct derrick use. Through the prestressing modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, the wind dynamics of HJJ31547 offshore rig derrick has been calculated. The calculation results show that the derrick of HJJ31547 offshore rig does not have all-covered windbreak wall and there is no long-span roof structure, The natural frequency of the step exceeds 2.00 Hz and the derrick does not belong to the wind-sensitive structure. The vibration of the rotating equipment of the marine drilling rig will not cause the derrick to resonate. When the frequency of the typhoon is close to 4.30 Hz, the derrick may cause resonance damage. This study can effectively guide the design and field application of derrick.
