以河北某水厂原水为处理对象,利用中试针对一体化除氟装置的运行参数进行了优化,并利用生产性试验分别在河北、河南、北京等地的4个水厂进行了效能验证。经过优化得到一体化除氟装置运行参数如下:絮体浓度为3~5 g/L,上升流速为3~4 m/h,药剂投加量为200 mg/L,球状羟基磷灰石过滤层高度不小于0.5 m。生产性试验结果表明,通过投药量的调整,一体化装置可有效处理不同初始浓度的地下水源水,出水氟化物浓度稳定低于1.0 mg/L,且一体化除氟装置较分体式装置可节约占地30%以上。综上所述,一体化除氟装置可用于地下水中氟离子的去除。
Taking the raw water from a water plant in Hebei Province as the treatment target, the pilot plant was optimized for the operation parameters of the integrated fluoride removal device.
