与人类乳腺癌关系密切的癌基因有ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ｃ－ｍｙｃ和ｉｎｔ－２等，抑癌基因有ｐ５３、Ｒｂ和ｐ１６，其中研究最多的是ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２。现将该基因在乳腺癌研究中的进展作一综述。１ ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因及产物的结构和功能ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２（ＨＥＲ－２）
The oncogenes closely related to human breast cancer are c-erbB-2, c-myc and int-2, and the tumor suppressor genes are p53, Rb and p16. Among them, c-erbB-2 is the most studied.
