In the United States, more and more outstanding talents are reluctant to work in large companies, preferring small companies to pursue more open space for development. Not only individuals but also companies are also simplification and differentiation under the consideration of improving economic efficiency and market competition. Employees are allowed to take on greater responsibility for independent companies and enjoy more autonomy. J. Kotter, a professor at the Harvard Business School of the United States, traces 115 business school graduates since 1974 in his book “The New Rule: How to Succeed in the Post-Economic Times.”
