狂犬病是一种急性传染病,潜伏期一般为1～3个月,短者12天,长者可达数年。本例潜伏期长达25年,实属罕见,特报告如下。患者,男,33岁,农民。无何诱因后腰部疼痛、下肢无力;3日后出现恐水,吞咽困难,唾液分泌量增多;8日后下肢不能活动,尿失禁。于1986年10月10日入院。体检:体温37.4℃,脉搏84/min,血压15.96/10.64kPa(120/80mmHg);神志清醒、语言欠清晰;皮肤无黄染或出血点,表浅淋巴结不肿大,颈部软,双下肢弛缓性软瘫,生理反射消失,巴氏征(-)。见光后病人表情紧张,恐惧且有喉痉
