随着通信事业的不断发展,单一的通信方式已经不能满足人们的需要,天地一体化发展趋势,促使卫星通信与陆地通信进行融合。卫星通信和陆地通信之间交互性能的好坏变得尤为重要。对此,基于卫星标准GMR-1和准4G协议标准FDD-LTE研究这两种系统间的切换,对GMR-1与FDD-LTE系统间切换过程进行分析,确定这两种系统间切换方案,并实现Inter-RAT切换流程。
With the continuous development of communications, a single mode of communication can no longer meet the needs of people, and the trend of integrated development of the world can promote the integration of satellite communications with land communications.
