随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,我国居民膳食中肉、油脂类的量及比例明显增加。此类食物提供的热量所占的比例已经大大超过合理的结构。中国营养学会推荐的每人每天油脂的摄入量是25克,《中国居民营养与健康状况调查》结果显示:早在2002年城市居民每人每日油脂消费量高达44克,超过了世界卫生组织推荐的30%的上限;而且我国居民的膳食结构不合理,特别是食用油的摄入量过高导致与营养相关性的慢性非传染性疾病患病率迅速上升。
With the development of economy and improvement of people’s living standard, the amount and proportion of meat and fat in the diet of Chinese residents have obviously increased.
