目的:探讨护士分层管理模式对内科护理质量提高的影响。方法:对医院内科病区实施护士分层管理,并对分层管理前后内科病区的护理质量与患者满意度进行调查,分析护士分层管理对内科护理质量提高的影响。结果:实施分层管理后,内科病区护理质量显著提高,患者满意度明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:护士分层管理对内科护理质量的提高具有积极作用。
Objective: To explore the impact of nurses’ hierarchical management on the quality of medical nursing. Methods: Nurses were divided into layers in hospital medical ward, and the quality of nursing and satisfaction of patients in medical ward before and after stratified management were investigated. The effect of stratified nurse management on the quality of internal medicine nursing was analyzed. Results: After the implementation of stratified management, the quality of nursing in medical wards increased significantly and patient satisfaction increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nurses’ stratification management plays an active role in improving the quality of internal medicine nursing.
