目标管理,是一种先进的管理方法,近几年来越来越普遍受到各机关、企事业单位的重视。我们社会保险系统,虽然组建时间不长,但或多或少也已采用了一些目标管理方法,只是没有上升到理论来指导实践。社会保险系统的目标管理,如何开展,怎样才能把它搞好,这很值得我们大家共同进一步来探讨,下面我粗浅谈点自己的看法。
