树立科学发展观,倡导“以人为本”的思想政治工作,必须对人的现实生存状态这一带根本性的问题作出回答并在实践中加以解决,这就需要我们理清思路,转变视角,把人的需要和客观现实的可能性结合起来,注重思想政治工作与环境氛围的有机统一,从而达到最佳的效果。面对地勘单位经济发展的竞争态势,如何把握环境氛围激励的基本特性,并在思想政治工作中得以有效的运用,笔者浅谈几点看法。
