受弯构件翼缘常会出现向截面中性轴弯曲的变形趋势,即所谓的翼缘卷曲现象,此现象与通常采用的截面刚周边假定矛盾。我国现行规范对受弯构件截面承载力的计算均未考虑翼缘卷曲的影响,在某些情况下可能偏不安全,尤其是对翼缘宽厚比较大的压型钢板更甚。以压型钢板为研究对象,基于Winter翼缘卷曲分析模型,并在充分借鉴当前国外相关标准的设计方法和准则的基础上,得出无需考虑翼缘卷曲对压型钢板承载能力影响的控制条件,并结合数值模拟分析和算例验证,提出满足工程设计使用的压型钢板构造要求,为《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018—2002)的修订提供依据。
