对Al-Mg-Si合金进行了575℃不同保温时间的均匀化处理,研究了均匀化时间对合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,铸态Al-Mg-Si合金含有较多的非平衡共晶相,主要分布在晶界处;随着均匀化保温时间延长,合金中的第二相含量逐渐降低;在均匀化保温时间超过8 h后,第二相含量基本维持在1%左右。随着保温时间延长,Al-Mg-Si合金的显微硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率都呈现先升高而后降低的趋势,在均匀化保温时间为8 h时取得最大值。
Al-Mg-Si alloys were homogenized at 575 ℃ for different holding time, and the effect of homogenization time on the microstructure and properties of the alloy was studied. The results show that the as-cast Al-Mg-Si alloy contains more non-equilibrium eutectic phases and is mainly distributed at the grain boundary. The content of the second phase in the alloy gradually decreases with the increase of the holding time, After more than 8 h, the content of the second phase remained at about 1%. With the prolongation of holding time, the microhardness, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at break of Al-Mg-Si alloy all increased first and then decreased, and reached the maximum value when the homogenization holding time was 8 h .
