本文回顾了我国事业单位工资制度的改革历程,分析了事业单位实施绩效工资中存在的问题,提出如何完善事业单位的绩效工资制度,逐步推进事业单位工资制度的改革。
This paper reviews the reform process of the wage system of public institutions in our country, analyzes the existing problems in the performance pay of the public institutions, proposes how to improve the performance wage system of public institutions and gradually promote the reform of public institutions’ wage system.
