面对能源使用不断增长带来的气候变暖等环境问题,低碳经济正成为国际经济发展的新趋势。山西作为国家资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区,应在现行经济结构调整中,积极融入低碳经济的思维,充分发挥金融对全省经济转型发展的推动作用。本文归纳了金融支持山西低碳经济发展情况,分析了存在的主要问题,提出相关政策建议。
In the face of environmental problems such as climate warming caused by the increasing use of energy, the low-carbon economy is becoming a new trend of international economic development. As a pilot area for the comprehensive reform of the national resource-based economy, Shanxi should actively integrate itself into the thinking of a low-carbon economy in the current economic restructuring and give full play to the role of finance in promoting the economic transformation and development of the province. This article summarizes the financial support for the development of low-carbon economy in Shanxi, analyzes the main problems and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
