根据整体淬火顶杆的制造及使用性能要求,研制了一种新型整体淬火顶杆专用钢65MnV,研究了该钢的物理、力学及工艺性能,并与顶杆常用钢65Mn进行比较。结果表明:65MnV钢具有良好的综合力学性能、加工性能和耐磨性。同65Mn相比,σ0.2和σb分别提高了292MPa和203MPa,ak和耐磨性分别提高了3倍和0.3倍。65MnV钢是一种理想的整体淬火顶杆用钢。
According to the manufacturing and serviceability requirements of the whole hardened mandril, a new type of integral hardened mandrel steel 65MnV was developed. The physical, mechanical and technological properties of the hardened mandril were studied. The results show that: 65MnV steel has good mechanical properties, processing performance and wear resistance. Compared with 65Mn, σ0.2 and σb increased by 292MPa and 203MPa, respectively, ak and wear resistance increased by 3 times and 0.3 times respectively. 65MnV steel is an ideal whole hardened mandril steel.
