“十五”大召开期间,记者采访了十五大代表,新任辽宁省委书记闻世震同志,他就突破国有大中型企业改革和发展的难点,用三年左右时间使大多数亏损企业走出困境,进而搞好国有大中型企业问题回答了记者的采访。 搞好国有大中型企业已经到了攻坚阶段 闻世震介绍说,1994年6月18日朱鎔基副总理来辽宁考察工作时,我们提出用六年的时间基本搞好三分之二的国有大中型企业;三年后,朱鎔基副总理再次来辽宁,提出了用三年左右的时间,使大多数亏损国有大中型企业走出困境,进而建立现代企业制度。这个目标与我们三年前提出的到本世纪末基本搞好2/3的国有大中型企业的目标是一致的。以朱鎔基副总理提出这个目标为标志,辽宁搞好国有大中型企业已经进入攻坚阶段。作这样的结论,主要是基于以下四个因素:

Three years later, Vice Premier Zhu Rongji came to Liaoning again and proposed that in three years or so, the majority of loss-making large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises out of the predicament and establish a modern enterprise system. This goal is in line with the goal of the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises that we proposed three years ago and that basically improved well by two-thirds. With Zhu Rongji’s deputy prime minister’s goal as a symbol, Liaoning has made great strides in the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises.
