通过对近年来中西医结合分期治疗狼疮性肾炎的研究进行概括、分析并总结,认为在总体把握疾病规律的基础上,按照疾病活动的不同阶段(活动期、缓解期、恢复期)的特点,在保证西药激素及免疫抑制剂治疗的同时联合中药,分主次、轻重地进行中西医结合分期治疗,可更好的发挥中药减毒增效、控制病情、提高疗效的优势。
