北京市5月份粮油价格放开以后,粮食市场进一步活跃。在一些大中副食商店和农贸市场,人们发现,粮食种类丰富起来了,不管是普通粮食还是高档杂粮,或是多年未见的品种,在市场上都可见到。仅米类就有免洗米、黑米、糯米、泰国香米、丝苗米等十余种。除米以外,还有各种豆类、小米、玉米渣以及一些新培育的粮食品种。粮食经营多年来一直是由国家统购统销,处于微利状态,经营品种单调。如今粮价放开
