北京市天康戒毒康复所前身为天堂河戒毒康复中心,是根据《司法部关于依托劳教场所建立戒毒康复中心试点的意见》而建立的全国八家戒毒康复试点单位之一,是首都政法系统首家社会公益性戒毒康复机构,主要接收社会自愿戒毒人员。2011年年底,按照司法部戒毒康复场所“五项建设”要求,作为全国六家示范所之一的天康戒毒康复所建设完成。2013年2月6日,天康戒毒康复所正式揭牌成立。本文特约撰稿人张志娟是北京市天康戒毒康复所矫治科负责人,国家二级心理咨询师,从事戒毒心理咨询10年。在她眼里,作为一个特殊群体,毒品成瘾者亲属经历了成瘾者吸毒带来的各种折磨,饱受了来自生理和心理的摧残。对于亲属的心理治疗,心理咨询师主要通过团体与个体的方式帮助其化解抑郁情绪、走出心理阴影,促其逐渐实现自我成长,以便更好地帮助成瘾者戒毒。
