目的观察中药复方制剂强心冲剂对心衰家兔模型超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)及其合酶(NOS)等释放水平的影响。方法采用实验性腹主动脉缩窄术建立心衰家兔模型50只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、地高辛组、低剂量强心冲剂组、高剂量强心冲剂组,其中假手术组只分离腹主动脉而不结扎。各组连续9日灌服后分别检测并观察比较各组家兔模型SOD、ET、NO、NOS等释放水平的变化。结果灌服强心冲剂9日后,心衰家兔模型SOD活性降低,而ET、NO、NOS含量均显著升高;给予强心冲剂(高、低剂量)和地高辛后SOD活性升高(P<0.01),而ET、NO、NOS含量则明显降低(P<0.01),其中以强心冲剂为显著。结论强心冲剂在一定程度上能改善脂质过氧化损伤,调节内皮功能,保护心肌细胞的结构和功能的完整性,延缓心衰的进展。
Objective To observe the effects of Qiangxin granules on the release of superoxide dismutase (SOD), endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO) and its synthase (NOS) in rabbits with heart failure. Methods Fifty rabbits with heart failure were established by experimental abdominal aortic constriction. The rabbits were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, digoxin group, low-dose Qiangxin granules group and high-dose Qiangxin granules group, The surgical group only isolated the abdominal aorta without ligation. The rats in each group were fed on the 9th for consecutive days, and the changes of SOD, ET, NO and NOS release in the rabbits in each group were compared and observed. Results After 9 days of administration of Qiangxin Granule, the activity of SOD in rabbits with heart failure decreased but the levels of ET, NO and NOS in rabbits with heart failure were significantly increased. The activity of SOD increased after administration of Qiangxin granules (high and low dose) and digoxin P <0.01), while ET, NO and NOS contents decreased significantly (P <0.01), among which Qiangxin granules was significant. CONCLUSION Qiangxin granules can improve lipid peroxidation injury, regulate endothelial function, protect the structure and function integrity of cardiomyocytes and delay the progression of heart failure to a certain extent.
