1 Promote commercializationZhonghao Chenguang Research Insti-tute of Chemical Industry(Chenguang)is located in Zigong ofSichuan province in the southwest ofChina.It is the nation’s most authori-tative unit for the research and de-velopment of fluorine chemical rawmaterials.Like other chemical re-search institutes,it was directly un-der the Ministry of Chemical Indus-try in the past.It then merged intoChina Haohua Chemical Industrial(Group)Corporation afterwards andis now subordinate to ChemChina,thefifth biggest chemical company inChina.
