The shrinkage caused by the change of relative humidity is an important factor leading to the cracking of concrete. The thin cast-in-place concrete block is calculated based on the theory of heat and moisture coupling and the temperature stress of shrinkage is analyzed. The comparison results show that the shrinkage caused by the change of humidity inside and outside increases the probability of concrete cracking. Premature watering and surface insulation can reduce the stress and prevent the occurrence of early cracks.
