我院曾收治一例Alport综合征病人,并对其家族所有成员作了调查。现将其中典型3例报告如下。例1(先征者Ⅲ_2)男,23岁,未婚,农民。主诉为无痛性血尿12天。患者于14天前因感冒发热,服中药后好转。近12天来,小便呈红色,无腰、腹痛和膀胱刺激症状。既往史:从学龄期起常解血尿,有轻度耳聋史14年。体检:内科检查无异常,五官科检查外耳道无异常;气听力正常,骨听力轻度障碍。尿检:红细胞(+++),白细胞(0～4),蛋白(++),尿三杯实验均有红细胞。尿
A case of Alport syndrome was admitted to our hospital and all members of its family were investigated. Now a typical three cases are reported as follows. Example 1 (Predecessor Ⅲ_2) Male, 23 years old, single, farmer. The chief complaint was painless hematuria for 12 days. Patients 14 days ago due to cold and fever, taking Chinese medicine improved. Nearly 12 days, urine was red, no waist, abdominal pain and bladder irritation. Past history: often hematuria urine from school age, mild deafness history of 14 years. Physical examination: no abnormal medical examination, ENT examination of the external auditory meatus no abnormalities; normal gas hearing, mild hearing loss of bone.
