Language teachers and researchers have shown high interest in providing effective classroom management.The purpose of this study iS to explore successful classroom management from three aspects:effective time management in a classroom effective teaching in small classes,and effective use of handouts for a lecture.The findings reveal that it is crucial for language teachers to deliver enough knowledge during the limited tune.And then small class teaching is an inevitable trend that teachers should focus on.Finally.despite the disadvantages of handouts,using handouts effectively can benefit both teachers and students.
