国有资产流失是困扰我国改革与发展的一个日益严重的问题。文章从国有资产管理体制的完善、公司内部治理制度的健全及资产评估和国有资产产权交易制度上为之开出综合药方。

The loss of state assets is a growing problem that troubles our country’s reform and development. The article provides a comprehensive prescription for the improvement of the state-owned assets management system, the improvement of the company’s internal governance system, the asset appraisal and the system of state-owned property transactions.
