人的大脑是人体的司令部,也是人体最活跃的器官。它的体重虽只占体重的2%左右,但所消耗的能量却占全身总能耗的20%。据医学研究证明,构成脑组织的主要营养成分是脂质、糖类、维生素和矿物质等。在日常生活中,人们可以从米、麦、肉、鱼、蛋、奶、蔬菜、豆制品、水果等食物中,摄取足够的营养来补充脑活动能量的消耗。但是,如果根据体质、食欲及消化情况适当增加某些食物,也许会使人更加聪明。例如:
