本装置系以燃煤直接加热排管同时采用热管回收燃气余热加热空气的方式,以解决地下空间的温度、湿度、风速、新鲜空气量满足使用要求方面的问题。该装置是由燃烧室、受热排管、热管换热器及通风系统等部件组成。其装置把采暖通风合为一体,具有结构简单,安装和操作简易的特点。装置的热效率达到74%,且可全年运行,为地下工程防潮除湿提供一个理想的节能新装置。
The device is a direct heating of coal-fired piping at the same time using heat pipe to recover gas afterheat heating air way to solve the underground space temperature, humidity, wind speed, fresh air to meet the requirements of the use of the problem. The device is composed of a combustion chamber, a heated exhaust pipe, a heat pipe heat exchanger and a ventilation system. The device combines heating and ventilation, has the advantages of simple structure, easy installation and operation. The thermal efficiency of the device reaches 74%, and can be operated all year round, providing an ideal energy-saving new device for moisture-proof and dehumidification of underground works.
