1987年8月以来,我局开展了职工业务技术等级考核同职工工资挂钩的尝试,现已基本结束。实际参加考试职1238人,按照应知、应会、平时表现三方面的考试考核综合评分,其中评分在60分以上的为224人,占93.7%;不合格的15人,占6.27%。从第二季度开始,对不及格职工进行工资下浮。局成立了业务技术考核领导小组,制定了考核的具体方案。在做好宣传教育的基础上,分摸底、复习、考核三个阶段进行。 1、摸底:首先摸清全局职工年龄、工龄、工资级别、文化程度等档次及业务水平和工种人数,确定应考对象和内容。在摸底后,确定四十周岁以下,六级工及其以下(86年底的级别)职工均要参加考试。其中大中专、技校毕业的可予免试,转岗职工凡经过转岗培训或有一年以上现职工龄的,考现任工种,否则考原工种。班组长也参加考试,但其成绩不予公布,由局内统一掌握。委托温州市局命题,在事先不复习、不通知的情况下,于1987年8月8日进行摸
