目的探讨小剂量红霉素联合微量喂养对喂养不耐受早产儿的治疗效果。方法将120例早产儿随机分为3组。禁食组、微量喂养组、小剂量红霉素联合微量喂养组,观察3组喂养不耐受缓解情况。结果联合组早产儿的喂养不耐受持续时间(5.18±1.32)d,达全胃肠营养时间(12.53±2.33)d,住院时间(15.23±2.49)d,均优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量红霉素联合微量喂养能有效的改善喂养不耐受早产儿的胃肠功能。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of low dose erythromycin combined with micronutrient feeding on premature infants who are intolerant. Methods 120 cases of premature children were randomly divided into three groups. Fasting group, micro-feeding group, low-dose erythromycin combined with micro-feeding group, to observe the 3 groups intolerance to alleviate the situation. Results The duration of feeding intolerance in preterm infants in the combined group was (5.18 ± 1.32) d, reaching total gastrointestinal nutrition time (12.53 ± 2.33) days and hospitalization time (15.23 ± 2.49) days, all of which were superior to the other two groups Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Low-dose erythromycin combined with micronutrient feeding can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of infants who are intolerant to feeding.
