校企合作人才培养示范基地是地方本科院校开展实践教学的重要途径。以“吉首大学—南方测绘”湖南省土木类专业校企合作人才培养示范基地为例,对示范基地七方面的运行机制和四点管理体制建设进行了简要分析,为地方院校校企合作人才培养示范基地建设提供参考和建议。
Demonstration base of school-enterprise cooperative talents training is an important way for local undergraduate colleges to carry out practical teaching.
