结合武广客运专线武汉工程试验段,在国内率先进行无砟轨道支承层材料的研究。对所用原材料和配合比参数进行了优选,成功设计出适合我国高速铁路客运专线无砟轨道支承层材料的配合比。试验结果表明:掺干燥骨料重量3.5%的Ⅰ级粉煤灰后水泥仅用150kg/m3即可,设计配合比28d抗压强度达到15MPa以上的要求,拌合物易于浇捣。提出了该材料的施工控制参数及指标,即:现场钻芯28d抗压强度必须大于10MPa、现场密实度(Dpr)不小于0.98和填料颗粒级配满足要求。该材料运用于施工现场,收到较好的实际效果。
Combined with Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line Wuhan engineering test section, the first in China to carry on ballastless track supporting layer material research. The raw materials and the proportion of the parameters used were optimized, successfully designed for China’s high-speed railway passenger line ballastless track supporting material mix. The test results show that cement with Class I fly ash with dry aggregate weight of 3.5% can only use 150kg / m3, and the compressive strength at design mix ratio of 28d can reach over 15MPa. The mixture is easy to be poured and pounded. The construction control parameters and indexes of the material are proposed, that is, the compressive strength of drill core at site 28d must be over 10MPa, the on-site compactness (Dpr) should not be less than 0.98 and the filler particle grading meets the requirements. The material used in the construction site, received a good practical results.
