目的了解海口市艾滋病病毒感染情况,流行趋势,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法采集2010年1月~2013年12月海南省皮肤病医院性病门诊就诊者血样,用免疫层析快速诊断试剂(乳胶法)初筛,初检阳性反应的标本用两种试剂酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法进行复检,只要有一种检测出现反应性结果,标本送海南省疾病预防控制中心艾滋病检测确证实验室,采用免疫印迹实验(WB)进行确证实验。结果性病门诊就诊者7 156例血样,男性5 701例,女性1 455例,其中1 761例为自愿咨询检测(VCT),自愿检测率为24.61%(1761/7156),初筛和复检中至少有一种检测结果为阳性的有132例,占1.84%,经HIV确证实验室确诊者有114例,感染率为1.59%(114/7 156),其中男性95例,女性19例,男女比例为5:1。2010~2013年感染率分别为1.20%,1.61%,1.65%,1.91%。结论海口市性病门诊就诊者HIV抗体自愿检测率低,检测人群以年轻男性为主;性传播为主要传播方式;HIV感染率逐年上升,应加强对高危人群的宣教及行为干预,阻断HIV传播。
Objective To understand the prevalence and prevalence of HIV in Haikou City and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods Blood samples were collected from the STD clinics of Hainan Provincial Dermatology Hospital from January 2010 to December 2013. Results A total of 7 156 blood samples were collected from STD clinics, including 5 701 males and 1 455 females, of whom 1 761 were VCTs and their voluntary detection rate was 24.61% (1761/7156). During primary screening and retesting, At least one of the 132 positive cases (1.84%) was confirmed by the laboratory confirmed by HIV confirmed in 114 cases, the infection rate was 1.59% (114/7 156), of which 95 were males and 19 females, male to female ratio For the 5: 1. 2010-2013 infection rates were 1.20%, 1.61%, 1.65%, 1.91%. Conclusions Voluntary HIV antibody detection rate in the STD clinic of Haikou City is low, and young people are the main test subjects. Sexual transmission is the main mode of transmission. The HIV infection rate increases year by year. Missionary and behavioral interventions should be strengthened to prevent HIV transmission .
