本文报道He-Ne激光照射罗氏沼虾不同发育时期胚胎对其超弱发光的影响.实验表明激光照射对胚胎超弱发光强度的影响与胚胎所处的发育阶段密切相关.其中,激光照射使早期胚胎超弱发光强度增大,而使中期、后期胚胎发光强度降低.作者认为,这种现象是由罗氏沼虾胚胎发育的特点所造成的,测定胚胎的超弱发光强度可以作为检测激光照射效应的一种指标.

This paper reports the effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on the ultraweak luminescence of embryos at different developmental stages of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.Experiments show that the effect of laser irradiation on the ultraweak luminescence intensity of embryos is closely related to the embryonic developmental stage, in which laser irradiation causes the early The ultraweak luminescence intensity of the embryo is increased, and the luminescence intensity of the middle and late embryos is reduced. The author thinks that this phenomenon is caused by the embryo development of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.
