目的探讨内生真菌促进大戟药材生产的方法。方法接种大戟内生真菌到大戟组培苗,将建立共生后的组培苗移栽室外,生长1年后,检测生物量和萜类的量。结果内生真菌E4(Fusariumsp.Ⅰ)和E5(Fusariumsp.Ⅱ)均促进了宿主植物生长,使根的鲜质量分别提高了49.45%和59.74%;并使大戟的折干率提高了2.99%和6.48%;同时提高了大戟组培期和室外生长1年后二萜物质异大戟素和三萜物质大戟醇的量。室外生长1年后,E4处理组,异大戟素和大戟醇分别比对照提高了92.79%和40%;E5处理组,异大戟素和大戟醇分别比对照提高了105.32%和241.38%。结论内生真菌E4和E5对大戟有促生长作用,并能同时促进其萜类的合成。
Objective To explore the methods of endophytic fungi promoting the production of Euphorbia pulmonarius. Methods Inoculated with Eucalyptus endophyte to Daphne inoculated seedlings. The symbiosis plantlets were established and transplanted outside. After growing for 1 year, biomass and aphids were measured. Results The endophytic fungi E4 (Fusarium sp. I) and E5 (Fusarium sp. II) both promoted the growth of the host plants, and the fresh quality of the roots increased by 49.45% and 59.74%, respectively; and the dryness rate of the Daphne increased by 2.99%. And 6.48%; at the same time, the amount of diterpene material and triterpene material alkaloid alcohol after one year of tissue culture and outdoor growth of E. grandis was increased. After one year of growth in the open air, the E4 treatment group, isoquinolone and albuterol increased by 92.79% and 40%, respectively, compared with the control. In the E5 treatment group, isoxanthine and erythritol increased by 105.32% and 241.38 respectively. %. Conclusion The endophytic fungi E4 and E5 can promote the growth of E. grandis and promote the synthesis of their terpenoids.
