武钢集体企业是在20世纪70年代伴随着我国改革开放大潮应运而生的。在武钢50年发展历程中,尤其是武钢改革开放以来的近30年,武钢集体企业为武钢的改革、发展和稳定作出了大量的不可磨灭的历史和现实贡献,在职工之间、企业之间、市场之间与武钢钢铁主业都有着千丝万缕的联系。为了纪念武钢投产50周年,并以此为契机激发广大职工爱国爱厂爱岗热情,实业公司党委开展了“千丝万缕协力情——实业公司纪念武钢投产50周年”征文活动。作者既有来自生产一线的普通职工、基层单位的领导干部,也有离退休老干部和老职工。他们在征文中饱含深情地叙述了实业公司围绕武钢的保产服务,风雨同舟,团结协作,近30年来所作的努力、奉献和取得的成果,抒发了广大干部职工对企业的热爱和奋力拼搏的壮志豪情,再现了实业公司从无到有,由弱到强的沧桑巨变,体现了实业公司与武钢钢铁主业同根同源同成长的风雨历程。本刊特开设“千丝万缕协力情”专栏,选登若干优秀文章以飨读者。
Wugang collective enterprises came into being along with the tide of reform and opening up in the 1970s in the 20th century. In the past 50 years of WISCO’s development, especially since WISCO started its reform and opening up, WISCO collective-owned enterprises made a great deal of indelible historical and realistic contributions to the reform, development and stability of WISCO. Between WISCO and the enterprises , Between the market and the main industry of Wuhan Iron and Steel has inextricably linked. In order to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the WISCO put into operation and use this as an opportunity to inspire the enthusiasm of the vast number of workers patriotic love factory love factory, Party Committee of Industrial Company launched a “numerous and concerted effort - Industrial Company to commemorate the 50th anniversary of WISCO ” essay activities. The author has both ordinary workers from the production line, leading cadres at grass-roots units, as well as retired veteran cadres and veterans. In their essay, they vividly described the hard work, dedication and achievements made by the industrial companies around the WISCO’s life-support service in the wind and rain, the unification and cooperation, the efforts made in the past 30 years, and the dedication and achievements made by cadres and workers to express their love for the enterprise and their hard work. Pride, reproduction of the industrial company from scratch, from weak to strong changes in the vicissitudes of life, reflects the Industrial Company and Wuhan Iron and Steel Steel with the same roots of the ups and downs of the stormy history. In particular, we set up a special column titled “Stringent Collaboration,” and selected a number of excellent articles to readers.
