文章提出应着重从四个方面出发促进江西防震减灾事业发展。首先,坚持从震情出发,使立法议案更有针对性、可操作性和创新性;其次,把关系民生的热点、难点问题作为立法重点内容;再次,注重立法的前瞻性,以立法推进防震减灾事业发展;最后,立法选题突出重点,并处理协调好各部门关系。
The article proposes that we should focus on promoting the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Jiangxi from four aspects. First of all, insist on starting from the earthquake situation, make the legislation bill more pertinence, maneuverability and innovation; secondly, take the hot and difficult issues concerning people’s livelihood as the key points of legislation; thirdly, pay attention to the forward-looking legislation, Disaster reduction and development; finally, the legislative topics to highlight the key points, and deal with the coordination of various departments.
