针对数控车床的工作特点和要求,选择TI公司生产的TMS320F28335和Altera公司的CyClone11系列EP2C5Q208C10作为运动控制卡的核心控制器,详细研究运动控制卡硬件电路设计,包括DSP模块的电源和监控复位电路设计,串行通信模块电路设计;FPGA模块的电源电路、配置电路设计;FPGA外围电路包括开关信号电路、模拟量输出电路、数字量输出电路和反馈电路设计。最后介绍了电路设计中一些硬件抗干扰措施。
In view of the working characteristics and requirements of CNC lathe, TMS320F28335 manufactured by TI Company and CyClone11 series EP2C5Q208C10 manufactured by Altera Corporation are selected as the core controller of the motion control card. The hardware circuit design of the motion control card is studied in detail, including the design of the power supply and the monitoring reset circuit of the DSP module , Serial communication module circuit design; FPGA module power supply circuit, configuration circuit design; FPGA peripheral circuits including switching signal circuit, analog output circuit, digital output circuit and feedback circuit design. Finally introduced some hardware anti-interference measures in the circuit design.
