内乡县位于豫西南伏牛山怀抱,辖16个乡(镇),289个行政村,625000人,林木资源丰富,气候适宜,年平均气温15℃,冬春干燥、非常适宜香菇(特别花菇)的生长.食用菌生产从80年代初开始引进推广,1995年全县试种300万袋代料香菇获得成功,1996年全县全面推广生产.近年来,中原地区小棚立体培育花菇技术获得重大突破,人工育花堪称一绝,上等花菇数量剧增,花菇率可达80%以上.笔者现就人工育花技术谈些粗浅看法,以供探讨.
