目的 :建立一种 2 ,5 二 (邻 羟基苯基 ) 1,3,4 二唑的新的合成方法。方法 :在微波条件下 ,以多聚磷酸作为脱水环合剂 ,用水杨酸和水合肼在敞开容器中 ,一步简便合成 2 ,5 二 (邻 羟基苯基 ) 1,3,4 二唑。结果 :在微波功率为 5 0 0W、间歇辐射的条件下 ,顺利发生闭环反应仅需不足 2min时间 (文献列为 8h) ,并以 5 7.5 %的产率生成 2 ,5 二 (邻 羟基苯基 ) 1,3,4 二唑。结论 :与其他合成方法比较 ,本方法具有快速、节能的特点
Objective: To establish a new method for the synthesis of 2,5-bis (o-hydroxyphenyl) 1,3,4-oxadiazole. Methods: Under the condition of microwave, polyphosphate was used as dehydration and ring - closing agent, and salicylic acid and hydrazine hydrate were used in an open vessel to synthesize 2,5 - di (o - hydroxyphenyl) 1,3,4 - oxadiazole easily in one step. Results: It took less than 2 min for the smooth ring-closure reaction to occur under the condition of microwave power of 500 W and intermittent irradiation (8 h in the literature) and 2,5-di (o-hydroxyphenyl ) 1,3,4-oxadiazole. Conclusion: Compared with other synthetic methods, this method has the characteristics of fast and energy saving
