目前阶段中国公务员职业道德建设有许多工作要做,但其主要任务及其基本路径是要依次做好以下三个方面工作:首要任务是要加快公务员职业道德法制化进程与完善相关道德法规体系;基本途径是要强化公务员的职责教育、道德教化、责任意识和道德自律;根本问题是要促进公务员之道德价值理念的选择与行政道德人格的塑造。
At present, there are a lot of tasks to be done in building the professional ethics of civil servants in China. However, their main tasks and their basic approaches are to do the following three tasks in succession: The primary task is to speed up the legalization of civil servants’ professional ethics and improve the relevant ethics and laws; The basic approach is to strengthen the duty education, moral education, sense of responsibility and moral self-discipline of civil servants. The fundamental problem is to promote the selection of moral values of civil servants and the shaping of administrative moral personality.
