Ake Lindèn先生是WTO资深官员,1961年即开始在WTO前身关贸总协定任职,先后在贸易政策司、关税司、法律事务办公室任司长、主任、高级顾问,去职前为总干事助理。是关贸总协定首位与中国接触的,探讨中国加入WTO的官员。 Ake Lindèn先生对GATT和WTO贸易、法律问题研究颇深,曾就WTO和GATT相关问题在世界各地多所大学及研究机构发表精彩演讲,深受好评,被誉为WTO先生。 本刊此次与共同推进物流发展联席会议办公室联合在海南省海口市举办“WTO与融入世界经济的中国物流高级研修班”,特邀Ake Lindèn先生做主题发言,现将发言译出刊登,相信能给读者一些启迪与帮助。
Mr. Ake Lindèn is a senior WTO official. He began his career in the WTO’s predecessor GATT in 1961. He successively took the posts of Director, Director, and Senior Advisor in the Division of Trade Policy, Customs, and Legal Affairs. Before his appointment, he served as Assistant Director General. It was GATT’s first contact with China to discuss China’s accession to WTO officials. Mr. Ake Linden is deeply involved in the trade and legal issues of GATT and WTO. He has delivered excellent speeches on WTO and GATT-related issues in many universities and research institutes around the world. He is well received and praised as Mr. WTO. In collaboration with the Office of Joint Promotion of Logistics Development jointly, the magazine organized the “Advanced Training for WTO and China Logistics into the World Economy” in Haikou, Hainan Province. Specially invited Mr. Ake Lindèn to give a keynote speech. Can give readers some inspiration and help.
