科技论文是科学研究工作的理论成果,是科研工作的总结。在高等学校科技档案中,科技论文档案占有重要的地位。高等学校,特别是全国重点高校即是培养人的地方,也是科学研究的中心,因此每年都产出大量的学术论文和研究生学位论文。据统计我国1991年在国际上发表的论文共10561篇,高等学校有6449篇,占62％,在国内重要期刊发表的学术论文94435篇,高等学校有49905篇,占53％,就我校来看,每年在国内外发表交流学术论文1200篇,完成研究生毕业论文500多篇。不难看出高等学校是科技论文的主要产区。
Scientific papers are the theoretical achievements of scientific research work, which is the summary of scientific research work. In scientific and technological archives of colleges and universities, scientific and technological archival documents occupy an important position. Colleges and universities, especially national key universities and colleges, are places where people are trained and the center of scientific research. Therefore, a large number of academic dissertations and postgraduate dissertations are produced each year. According to statistics, there were totally 1,061 papers published in 1991 in the world, with 6,449 in colleges and universities, accounting for 62%. There were 94,435 academic papers published in major journals in the country and 49,905 academic papers or 53% in higher education institutions. Looked at, each year at home and abroad published 1200 academic papers, completed more than 500 graduate thesis. It is not difficult to see that higher education institutions are major producing areas for scientific papers.
