输精管结扎手术因简便、安全、有效,目前仍是一种普遍采用的绝育方法。术后个别受术者发生的痛性结节(简称痛节),大致可分为感染型和非感染型两类。过去多采用药物治疗,效果不够理想。一年多来,我们对15例炎性痛节病人采用痛节内病灶清除术,经过一年多的观察,术后效果较好,现介绍如下: 一、资料: 15例受术者中,发病时间一年以上2人、半年以上8人、半年以内5人,术前曾用中西药长期治疗,效果不佳。
